Shipping
We offer Standard International shipping for all our products. We ship to Canada And USA and Australia and Germany and New Zealand and United Kingdom. Shipping starts at $18.99 flat rate and free shipping on all orders $100. Once your order is received, it will be shipped out within 4-8 days and will take an additional 4-8 business days to be delivered. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays and bad weather.
Tracking Information
At the moment of purchase, tracking information is not available. However, once the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with the tracking information from Standard Shipping.
Lost/Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). They will assist you in filing a claim for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are certain types of items that cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
